Christopher Morgan
Principal/Director – Apple Property Management Hunter Valley

Email: christopher@appleproperty.com.au
Starting his real estate career as a Property Officer and progressing to Senior Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent at Apple, Christopher brings an enthusiastic, modern and refreshingly practical approach to Property Management. With over eight years as a business owner, as well as being an investor, landlord and a tenant himself, Christopher genuinely understands the expectations, pressures and priorities from every side of the table.
Having grown up in the Hunter Valley and maintaining deep, long-standing connections within the Maitland community, Christopher offers local insight that goes well beyond postcode knowledge. His embedded relationships across the region give him a strong understanding of the people, neighbourhoods and dynamics that make Maitland such a desirable place to live and invest. This local grounding allows him to connect easily with both owners and tenants and to anticipate needs before they become issues.
Christopher thrives on the fast pace and variety that Property Management brings, relishing the challenge of complex situations and finding solutions that work in the real world—not just on paper.
He also has a niche specialty in strata management, particularly in representing landlords on strata committees. Christopher regularly attends strata meetings, advocates on behalf of investors, and ensures property interests are professionally represented, informed and protected. This expertise provides a significant advantage for clients with strata-titled properties.
From negotiating tenancy reviews and managing new leases to conducting open homes and navigating legislative requirements, Christopher works closely with his clients and takes pride in building long-term, successful relationships. His approach is built on accountability, transparency and a genuine passion for Property Management. As a property owner himself, he understands what matters most to investors and is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome.
Outside of work, Christopher has several philanthropic interests and is deeply involved in community service. He is the President of the Rotary Club of East Maitland, sits on the board of Maitland Healthstays and SIMs Cambodia, and travels to Cambodia each December/January to work alongside NGOs coordinating building teams, resourcing schools, and assisting with clean water and sanitation projects. He also serves as Secretary of the District Rotary Youth Exchange Committee, supporting international youth development and cultural exchange programs.
