Many investors are driven and motivated in very different ways. Often, what is the best fit for you isn't going to necessarily be the best fit for somebody else.

We find that each unique investor falls into one of two categories.

Because no two investors are exactly alike, each management structure we offer is tailor made to suit you. 

To enable us to put together a management package proposal designed just for you, would you mind telling us which of the following sounds the most like you? 

Investor A: The Set & Forget Investor

  • This Investor looks at their property as a "brick moneybox" ; you're not very emotionally attached to it
  • You look at the property strictly as a business - it's purpose is to generate income by either rental returns, capital growth/retirement or income/PAYG gearing or a combination of the above.
  • You're happy to leave the day to day management decisions to your property manager, within a pre approved scope of course; you're too busy to deal with the leaking taps and the blocked sinks
  • You're happy to give instruction and have your property manager look after the start-to-end management of your property with periodical 3 monthly reporting to you


Investor B: The Hands On Investor

  • You like to attend to as much of your own maintenance as you can; you maybe a qualified trades person or have friends or family members who are
  • While you like to run your investment property as a business, however you could still have some sentimental attachment to it;  it may have been your previous family home or a home of a relative or friend?
  • You enjoy balancing your own books; you're happy to pay your own bills directly and have the property manager just look after rent and water usage collection
  • You like to carry out your own routine inspections and possibly have some or a lot of direct contact with the tenant.
  • You like to be involved with all the decisions; from picking the application of your choice, to approving rental increases and lease renewals.
