This facility features 27 secure storage sheds which vary in size, and one open air space.
There is 24 hour per day secure access provided to all tenants, in addition to 24/7 back to base security.

Shed Type B – 3.1m (W) x 3.8m (D) x 2.8m (H) / 11.78m2 (Lot #2) – $170 per month
Shed Type C – 3.1m (W) x 3.0m (D) x 2.8m (H) / 9.3m2 (Lots #1 – 2, 17 – 19) $160 per month
Shed Type D – 3.1m (W) x 2.2 m (D) x 2.8m (H) / 6.82m2 (Lots #10 – 13, 26 – 27) $150 per month
Open Air Space – (Lot #28) – $90 per month

Important Information
- All occupants are required to provide 100 points of identification for verification
- Agreements are subject to Commercial Lease Agreement terms
- A bond of 2x months rent is required, which will be lodged with NSW Fair Trading
- 1x months rent in advance is required upon signing your lease
- Establishing payment is a total of 3x months rent (2x months rent = bond, 1x months rent = storage fee/rent)
- Lease terms are 6 months onward, however can be negotiated
- Rent Payments by Direct Debit or Credit Card * only (Direct Deposit not permitted; * Credit Card Fees May Apply)
